One Uno Un Eine Een En Jeden Moja

As I said in an earlier post, the theme for BishBash 2007 is One, with Ephesians 4:4-6 (along with the ONE campaign and the song "One" by U2) as our inspiration. I gave you the verse from The Message, but I thought I'd share with you these verses from other versions of the Bible:

There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope when you were called— one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
(New International Version)

There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
(King James Version)

There is one body and one Spirit. There is one hope in which you were called. There is one Lord and one faith and one baptism. There is one God. He is the Father of us all. He is over us all. He is the One working through us all. He is the One living in us all.
(New Life Version)

There is one body. There is one Spirit. You were appointed to one hope when you were chosen. There is one Lord. There is one faith and one baptism. There is one God and Father of all. He is over everything. He is through everything. He is in everything.
(New International Reader's Version)

Enjoy!
And as always, leave comments and suggestions!
Four months to go!

Rock out.

There will be a band at BishBash.
And that band is: One Foot Forward!

If the drummer looks familiar, he played at Youth Alive '06 with MorningStar :-)

The most important meal of the day

Here are a few pictures of your Bish Bash Power Squad from our previous summit. We cooked some breakfast, sang some karaoke, and talked about how cool Bish Bash 2007 is going to be. We talked about T-shirts and music and food and worship, and I'm excited already.

Our next meeting is on February 3. So once again let us know your ideas! We love hearing from you.

Suggestion Box.

Hey BishBash Blog readers!

The BishBash power squad will be meeting this Saturday to discuss how cool BishBash 2007 is going to be and to make some plans. Do you have ideas for this summer's BishBash? Then share them! How? I'll tell you!

You can:
(1) Call Sky Lake Program Director Matt Williams every five minutes, especially in the middle of the night, and tell him your awesome idea.
(2) Scream really loud and hope one of the power squad members hears you.
(3) Leave a comment for us here on the blog.

We'd love to hear from you, in one form or another.

In case you forgot (crazy, I know): BishBash is Saturday July 28, 2007, at Sky Lake in Windsor, NY. And oh yeah, it's FREE! Stay tuned to this blog for more details.
